When I click on the Start button the LED display reads Sensor Failure.
The biometric sensor on your keypad has failed to initialize.
This condition is covered under warranty provided your keypad is still within the specified warranty period.
If the Biometric Keypad is original to your safe then please contact the actual Safe Manufacturer to start the warranty return process.
If the Biometric Keypad is not original to your safe then please contact the location from which you purchased the keypad to start the warranty return process.
