The code is entered, no sound is emitted from the lock and the lock does not open.

The lock is not receiving any power, check to be sure that batteries are fresh and that battery terminals are positively connected. Check the lock cable that is connected to the keypad. It may have been cut or damaged.

Replace the batteries to ensure you have fresh alkaline battery (s). Duracell batteries are recommended. If the lock cable has been damaged, the lock will need to be replaced. Please contact your safe manufacturer for all information relating to warranty service and repair.
