Problem:
The keypad is plugged in but there is no read out on the LCD display.
Cause:
Batteries in the keypad are low or dead. Keypad has an electronic issue.
Solution:
Please change the batteries in your keypad. Please contact your safe manufacture or a a safe and vault technician for further assistance.
