Problem:
Inserting my change key after performing the change procedure.
Cause:
Changed combination to the opening index instead of the change index. Changed combination where one or more wheels could be half to a whole number off. Changed combination to an unknown combination.
Solution:
Add 5 to each number of your new combination and try dialing it into the change index. Try adding or subtracting half numbers to the combination into the change index. Please leave the change hole cover open and the back cover of the lock off. You will need to get a recovery key from MBUSA or contact Silver Sales (800-258-5625) and have them reset the lock for you.
