Problem:
When I enter my 8 digit code the lock opens but the keypad turns off and on.
Cause:
You cable could be damaged or not crimped properly. Cable is longer than 6 ft/2 meters.
Solution:
Check the RJ45 crimps to make sure that the are good. Check and make sure the Cat 5 cable is not loger than 6ft going from the keypad to the connection box.
