Problem:
When I enter my combination into the lock I am getting an error.
Cause:
Incorrect code entered. Keypad code is not the same as the code in the lock. Side bolt pressure.
Solution:
Please try your code again. Run the MRC code to reset Lock and Keypad to factory.
For Side Bolt Pressure: Please relieve the side bolt pressure by pushing in on the door, lifting up or down on the door, insure the safe handle is in the middle of the opening and closed position.
