I enter my code, my lock does not open every time I enter my code.

This could be an indication that the lock has an electronic short. There could damage to the lock’s ribbon cable during installation. There could be a problem with the keypad.

Inspect the ribbon cable. If there are any hard bends, crimping, cuts or obvious visible damage then replacement will be required.

If the keypad is suspected to be faulty, or the ribbon cable is found to be damaged then please contact your safe manufacturer for all information relating to warranty and repair.
