Problem:
My dial is stopping at 5 or at 96 and I cannot turn it any further.
Cause:
The locks back cover could be possibly loose or broken causing the internal relocker has fired.
Solution:
Turn the dial towards the opening position. With pressure on the dial use a dead blow hammer (3 pound) to smack the door. This may allow you to bounce the lock and allow the lock bolt to retract.
